Famous founders are individuals who played a key role in starting something important, like a country or an organization. One of the most well-known founders in American history is George Washington. He was the leader of the Continental Army during the American Revolution and helped to create the United States. Founders often have a vision for a better future and work hard to make it happen. They inspire others to join them in their efforts. Besides Washington, other famous founders include Thomas Jefferson, who wrote the Declaration of Independence, and Benjamin Franklin, who contributed to the founding of the nation through his ideas and inventions.
