Lesson 2 of 20 · Next Steps

Next Steps — Part 2

Where to go next in coding.

What you'll learn

You will reflect on what you've learned and get excited about what you can build next.

Words to know

Practice: Doing something regularly to get better. Coding improves with practice.
Skill: Something you learn to do well. Variables, loops, and functions are coding skills.
Next steps: Ideas for what to learn or build next.

Your turn

📋 Show the steps

Try it: run the code, then change it

1You've learned the building blocks: sequences, variables, loops, conditions, functions, and more. These work in almost EVERY programming language!
2Python, JavaScript, Swift, Kotlin — they all use variables, loops, and functions. Learn one language well, and others become easy.
3The best way to improve: practice a little every day. Build small projects. Break things and fix them. That's how every coder learns!
4What do you want to build? A game? An app? A website? Whatever it is, you now have the building blocks. Keep going!

Auto-run is on: change the code and the result updates by itself.
