Pay by purchase order or invoice
- 1. Send the form below with your organisation, seat count and billing contact.
- 2. We reply with a written quote.
- 3. Raise your purchase order against it — add the PO number here or send it later.
- 4. We send an invoice quoting your PO number. Seats start when it is paid.
We can send a W-9 and a sole-source letter on request. Mention it in the form. Quotes and invoices are prepared by a person, not generated, so allow up to two business days.
Questions
- Do purchase orders work?
- Yes. Send the quote form below. We reply with a written quote; your office raises a purchase order against it; we send an invoice that quotes your PO number. Card payment is there too if that is simpler.
- Do students need accounts?
- No. Classrooms run on a join code, with no student accounts and no student email addresses. The seat plans are family memberships: each household that uses a seat signs in as a family, for its own children.
- What happens at the end of the year?
- Seats run for twelve months from one payment and nothing renews on its own. Buying again is a new decision, not an automatic charge. If you do not renew, families keep their records — attendance, report cards, portfolio and transcript stay free and are never deleted when a membership ends. Classrooms stay free either way.
- What vendor paperwork can you send?
- We can send a W-9 and a sole-source letter on request — say so in the quote form. For any other vendor form, send it to us and we will tell you honestly whether we can complete it.
