Learn about reading and writing rhythms: recognize syncopation in music

🎵 Stage Brief #19

Quarter notes get one beat each.

🎯 Your mission

If your foot's not moving, you're not feeling it yet.

⚡ The twist

The rest IS part of the rhythm. Don't fill the silence.

What you'll learn

Quarter notes get one beat each. Eighth notes are faster: two of them fit in one beat. Try clapping four quarter notes, then eight eighth notes in the same time!

Remember
