A rest is a silent beat.

🎯 Your mission

Music is a body thing. Don't just learn it — feel it.

⚡ The twist

Your ears are smarter than your eyes. Trust them.

What you'll learn

A rest is a silent beat. Even though you don't play, you still feel the beat internally. Rests give music breathing room.
