Story elements are parts that make up a story! These include characters, who are the people or animals in the story; the setting, which is where and when the story happens; and the plot, which is what happens in the story. For example, in a story about a brave dog, the dog is a character, the park is the setting, and the plot is about the dog saving a kitten.
