There is an old tree in the park. It is very big. Its branches spread out wide. Birds make nests in it. We hear them sing in the morning. In the fall the leaves turn red and gold. They fall to the ground. We rake them and jump in the pile. In the summer we play in the shade. We have picnics under the tree. The tree is special to everyone. The park keeper says it is very old. We need to take care of it. We never climb it too high. We respect the tree.
