Lily wanted to give Mom a gift for her birthday. Lily did not have money to buy one. So she decided to make something. She got paper and crayons. She folded the paper in half. She drew a big heart on the front. Inside she wrote I love you, Mom. She drew flowers too. She gave the card to Mom in the morning. Mom opened it. Mom hugged her tight. Mom said it was the best gift ever. Lily was so happy. She will make more cards.
