A new kid came to our class on Monday. Her name was Zoe. She sat next to me. She looked shy. I said hello. She said hello back. At recess I asked if she wanted to play. She said yes. I shared my crayons with her when we drew. I showed her where the bathroom was. By the end of the day she was smiling. Now we are friends. We eat lunch together. We play on the swings. I am glad she came to our class.
