Our family went on a long bike trip. We rode for three days. I was determined to keep up. The challenge was the hills. I had a responsibility to stay with the group. I learned to appreciate the scenery. The trip had a positive influence on our family. We had talked and laughed. It became a tradition to take a trip every summer. Our community was the four of us. We had achieved the whole route. I had discovered that I could bike far. I would never forget the views. The bike trip had taught me about endurance. I was grateful we had done it.
