Oceans are huge bodies of salt water that cover most of our Earth. There are five main oceans: the Atlantic, Pacific, Indian, Southern, and Arctic Oceans. They are home to many different plants and animals, like fish, whales, and coral reefs. Oceans also help regulate the Earth's temperature and provide food and transportation for people. For example, the Pacific Ocean is the largest ocean and is so big that it stretches from Asia to the Americas!
