Sequencing events means putting things in the order they happen. It helps us understand stories better. For example, if you tell a story about making a sandwich, you first gather your ingredients, then you spread the peanut butter, and finally, you put the two pieces of bread together. When we sequence these steps, we can easily see how to make the sandwich, just like in a story where characters do things one after the other.
