Motion is when something moves, like a car driving down the street or a ball rolling on the ground. Force is a push or pull that can change an object's motion. For example, when you kick a soccer ball, your foot pushes it, making it roll. If no one pushes or pulls it, the ball will just sit still. So, motion happens when forces make things move!
