Weather is what we see day to day. Is it sunny? Rainy? Windy? Weather can change in a day. Climate is different. Climate is the usual weather over many years. A place might have a hot climate or a cold one. Some places are dry. Some get lots of rain. Climate affects what plants and animals can live there. Scientists study how climate is changing. The Earth is getting warmer. We can help. We can use less energy. We can turn off lights. We can walk or bike sometimes. We can protect forests. Trees help clean the air. Everyone can do something.
