Measurement conversions help us change one unit of measurement into another. For example, if you have 100 centimeters and want to know how many meters that is, you can convert centimeters to meters. Since 1 meter equals 100 centimeters, you would find that 100 centimeters is the same as 1 meter. This way, you can easily compare different measurements!
