Famous inventors have changed the world with their creative ideas! For example, Thomas Edison invented the electric light bulb, which allows us to see when itโ€™s dark. Before the light bulb, people used candles and oil lamps, which were not very bright and could be dangerous. Edison's light bulb works by passing electricity through a thin wire, which then glows and produces light. Another great inventor, Alexander Graham Bell, created the telephone. The telephone lets people talk to each other over long distances using electrical signals. Thanks to these inventors, our lives are much easier and brighter!
