📖 1 of 2

Economics trade happens when people or countries exchange goods and services. For example, if a farmer grows apples and another person makes shoes, they can trade apples for shoes. This way, both people get what they want! Trade can happen locally, like at a farmers' market, or between countries, like when the United States sells cars to Japan in exchange for electronics.

📖 2 of 2

Trade helps everyone because it allows people to get different things without having to make everything themselves. It also helps countries to work together and share their resources.
