Communication history shows how people have shared information over time. In the beginning, early humans used simple gestures and sounds to talk to one another. Later, they invented writing, allowing them to send messages that could last longer. For example, the ancient Egyptians used hieroglyphs, which are pictures that represent words or ideas. As time went on, inventions like the printing press made it easier to share books and newspapers. Today, we use computers and smartphones to communicate instantly with people all around the world. Each step in communication history has helped people connect and share ideas better than ever before.
