📖 1 of 2

Quadrilaterals are shapes with four sides and four angles. They can be classified into different types based on their properties. For example, a square has four equal sides and four right angles, while a rectangle has opposite sides that are equal and also has four right angles.

📖 2 of 2

Other types include parallelograms, which have opposite sides that are equal and parallel, and trapezoids, which have at least one pair of parallel sides. Understanding these classifications helps us recognize and describe different shapes in math and in the world around us.
