Remembering the Details

Details are the small facts in a story, like colors, numbers, and names. Listen carefully: Omar had three red balloons.

One floated away into the sky. How many balloons did he have at the start? Three! What color were they? Red!

To remember details, make a picture in your head while you listen, and say them again quietly to yourself.
