Act Out the Story

Retelling does not have to be just talking. You can act it out! Use your body, a stuffed animal or a sock puppet.

Let's act out a tiny story: 'A turtle wanted to cross the road. He went slow, slow, slow.

A kind girl stopped and waited for him. He made it! ' Crawl slowly like the turtle, then cheer at the end.
