The Rise of Islam

The Rise of Islam began in the 7th century CE in the Arabian Peninsula with the teachings of the prophet Muhammad. Islam emphasizes the belief in one God (Allah) and the importance of following the Five Pillars, which include faith, prayer, charity, fasting, and pilgrimage.

The religion spread rapidly throughout the Middle East, North Africa, and beyond, leading to the establishment of a vast Islamic civilization. Islamic scholars made significant contributions to fields such as mathematics, science, and philosophy, influencing cultures worldwide and shaping the course of history.
