Portrait Painting: Skin Tones (Part 6)

Start with white paint. Add a tiny amount of red and yellow to create a base tone.

Adjust: more red for warmer tones, more yellow for golden tones, a touch of blue for cooler shadows.

Paint a simple face shape and apply your base tone. Mix a slightly darker version for shadows.

Add highlights (lighter mix) on the forehead, nose bridge, and cheeks where light hits.
