Saving Water

Water is important for all of us. We use it to drink, cook, and wash. Plants and animals need water too. We should not waste it. There are many ways to save water. Turn off the tap when you brush your teeth. Fix leaks at home. A leaky faucet wastes a lot. Use a bucket to water plants instead of a hose. Take shorter showers. Do not let the water run while you soap up. Little steps help a lot. If everyone saves a little, we save a lot. We can all do our part. Talk to your family about saving water. Every drop counts.
