📖 1 of 2

I joined the school newspaper. I was a writer. I was determined to write good articles. The challenge was to find interesting stories. I had to interview people. I had to meet deadlines. I had a responsibility to get the facts right. I learned to appreciate how much work goes into a newspaper. The paper had a positive influence on the school. People read it. It became a tradition to publish every month. Our community was the staff. We worked together. We had achieved something we were proud of.
