Join In on the Repeating Part

Some stories say the same line again and again.

In one story a little pig might keep saying, 'Not by the hair on my chin!

' After you hear it once or twice, you can join in every time it comes back.

These repeating lines help you feel like a reader, because you know the words and can say them smoothly with the grown-up.

• 1Some lines repeat in a story
• 2Listen for the line to come back
