How to find half of 20
- 1Half means splitting 20 into 2 equal groups, so work out 20 ÷ 2.
- 220 is 2 tens. Half of 2 tens is 1 tens.
- 31 tens is 10, so half of 20 is 10.
Check it: put the two halves back together and you get 10 + 10 = 20.
