How to find half of 10
- 1Half means splitting 10 into 2 equal groups, so work out 10 ÷ 2.
- 210 is 1 tens. Half of 1 tens is 0.5 tens.
- 30.5 tens is 5, so half of 10 is 5.
Check it: put the two halves back together and you get 5 + 5 = 10.

How do you work out half of 10?
